As we wrote in the previous update, we have decided to make a unified list with orders, combining information from multiple projects and any external sources.
We have researched several options for creating order forms, and have decided to use Google Forms, as it is good enough and simple to use. The questions we made are precisely asking for various details, and depending on certain answers, backers will get additional questions to write more details (e.g. if the answer to question "have you backed other projects?" is "no", the additional question asking for more details will be skipped). This way we will have all the information needed for more complex orders, and backers with simple orders won't have to answer many questions.

Make sure you double-check all the information you enter, because there won't be a way to edit the details after submitting. Please fill the form only once – if you have to change or add more information afterwards, send us an email to [email protected] (do not enter the form for a second time because it would cause confusion).
We ask backers to fill out the order form as soon as possible. This information will help us organize the fulfillment faster, because we won't have to manually check multiple lists for each backer.
In the meantime, some administrative complications have arisen related to the organization of sending packages in the EU via Slovenia. We are on the way to resolve all of this and backers will be informed in due time which way they will receive their package.
When most of the backers fill the form, we will start with the shipping.

We apologize to backers for not posting an update for a long time. We have been waiting to receive printed rulebooks, brochures and unit charts for the UB game. Our company is small (three employees) and our key collaborators are also small companies: the Lucky Graf printing house (1 employee) and the Alfaplast graphic finishing company (1 employee). When such small companies receive several larger business engagements at once, the consequence is an extended deadline for their implementation. This was the case with the Lucky Graf printing house right now. The printing was only completed today, and the final trimming and stapling will be done in the coming days.
As soon as we receive the fully completed rulebooks, brochures and charts, we will begin the final assembly of the UB games.

As you know, this project is not our first campaign on Kickstarter. We have gained a lot of positive and negative experiences from previous campaigns. Unfortunately, we have learned a lot from our own mistakes, which was reflected in the delay in the implementation of some projects.
One segment of every project is organizing backer data. This process turned out to be much more complicated than expected. All of our projects are quite complicated, with a lot of rewards, a lot of gifts that are earned according to different criteria... The matter becomes even more complicated because we also made some internal agreements regarding the special wishes of the backers (the color of the pieces, some special accessories, etc.). All of this correspondence with the backers was conducted through different channels: several different emails, Kickstarter messages, messages via our website or social networks. An additional difficulty is that some backers have different nicknames and/or emails on different platforms... Recently, it almost happened that we sent the completely wrong package because two backers have exactly the same names... The tables and data that we receive from Kickstarter and BackerKit are useful, but they often don't include all the necessary information in one place, so preparing each individual package takes a lot of time to check everything.
We started sending out packages from the Tank Chess reprint project at the end of December. That process unexpectedly dragged on for several months for the reasons mentioned above. We exchanged over 40 emails with some backers before we defined exactly what needed to be sent. Despite our commitment to completing the process quickly and correctly (as many backers confirmed in the comments), unfortunately mistakes did occur, so we sent additional packages to some backers...
Because many backers have some items from our previous projects to be shipped with Urban Battle, we would need to check every order and email to make sure we don't miss something. That's why we decided to completely update the data on all backers by making an Order Verification Form, for which we will probably use Google Forms or similar. This way, by filling the form with all the information related to the shipment, backers will help us significantly speed up the process of sending packages. In the next update, we will publish more information with specific instructions on how backers should fill out the form. We will try to make the questions clear so that backers (especially those who only backed Urban Battle) will be able to fill out the form in a very short time.

We would like to inform backers that we are now committed to preparing to start sending packages to backers from this project. In the previous period, we have been very busy sending packages to backers from the Tank Chess project.
In addition, we had three new orders from our regular customers Noble Knight Games (USA), Philibert (France) and IED Co. Ltd. (Japan). We received new orders from them after a series of very positive comments about our games that have appeared on the BGG website and other social networks in recent months. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the backers who posted comments and reviews and thus contributed to the increase in the popularity of our games, and therefore the demand.
The organization of the transport of goods has meanwhile become very complicated and difficult due to the situation caused by the war in the Middle East. Thanks to good cooperation with the management of UPS, we managed to find alternative routes for the transport of goods to keep the price moderate, but the delivery time has increased drastically as a result. The entire process of organizing the transport has been stressful and is not yet fully completed, because the goods for our customers from Japan are still on the way.
For our small team, any unforeseen circumstance negatively affects our efficiency, so we had to take some time for even minimal rest. We apologize to the backers for not posting updates, as their preparation can take up a lot of our time and focus.
We have continued to work on the final production of the UB games. All that remains is to print the rulebooks, scenario books and unit charts, after which deliveries can begin. We are now presenting the final UB game rulebook and chart.

Two days ago we posted an update on the "Tank Chess (reprint)" project:

In the previous period, we had a lot of obligations towards the backers from that project. Judging by the reactions, everyone is very satisfied with the quality of the received games and expansions.
Soon we will focus on preparing to send packages to backers from this (Urban Battle) project. The start of shipping will be at the end of February or in March. We thank the backers for their patience.

We apologize to the backers for the delay in releasing this update. In previous posts, we announced that game deliveries will start perhaps as early as November. However, the delivery was slightly delayed because we decided to completely finish the production of games and expansions from the "Tank Chess (reprint)" project before that. We managed to do it (Update #36), although it took us much longer than expected.
Board games Urban Battle and Tank Chess are somewhat related and some backers want to have both. After the Kickstarter campaign for the game Urban Battle, in the pledge manager it was possible to order only the Tank Chess basic game, Tank Chess Portable, Fun Set expansion and Central Square. In the meantime, we have completed the production of the following items: Tank Chess Extended, Fun Set Plus, Airborne and Special Pieces. As a novelty, we now offer 3D obstacles. All of this can be ordered at this page on BackerKit.
If someone wants to order something else related to Tank Chess, they can go to the page mentioned above. Shipping costs are included in those items, and it will all be shipped together with the Urban Battle order. This is a unique opportunity to order Tank Chess games and expansions at the same prices as in 2023 (during the "Tank Chess (reprint)" campaign).
